갈라짐
원목의 특성에 따라 주변온도에 민감하여 사용환경에 따라 갈라짐이 발생할 수 있습니다.
색상/무늬결
원목의 특성상 같은 환경에서 자란 수종일지라도 색상 차이가 존재합니다.
옹이
같은 제품이라도 옹이가 생길 수 있으나 이는 지극히 원목의 자연스러운 현상입니다.
크랙/스크래치
수작업으로 진행되는 제작 및 조립에서 미세한 크랙이나 스크래치가 생길 수 있으나,
내구성에 문제가 되지 않아 하자는 아닙니다.
1. 온도 및 습도
공기 중 수분량에 따라 나무가 수축 / 팽창을 하기 때문에 여름 / 겨울에 관리가 필요합니다.
2. 직사광선 노출
오랜 직사광선 노출은 변색이나 갈라짐의 원인이 됩니다.
3. 오일로 관리
표면 보호와 윤기나는 광택을 위해 2-4년 주기로 오일을 발라주시면 오랫동안 사용이 가능합니다.
4. 얼룩 제거
얼룩은 나뭇결을 따라 즉시 닦아주시며, 마른 천으로 물기를 없애주세요.
- 주문 접수 후 제작 기간은 3-10주이며, 결제 완료 후 반품 신청이 불가하오니 신중하게 구매하시기 바랍니다.
- 서울 및 수도권 지역에 한해서만 직접 배송해 드리며, 그 외 지역은 화물 택배 배송 예정입니다. (도서산간 지역은 추가 배송비가 발생됩니다.)
- 엘리베이터가 없는 3층 이상 건물이거나 엘리베이터가 작은 경우, 현장에서 사다리차 비용이 별도 청구될 수 있습니다
[반품 불가 내용] 해당 상품은 원목 소재 및 제조 공정 방식으로 다음과 같은 내용은 교환 / 반품이 되지 않습니다.
- 배송 완료 후 3일이 지난 경우
- 단순 고객 변심으로 인한 경우 (컬러 변경 등)
- 개봉 후, 제품 포장 박스가 훼손되거나 포장재를 버리신 경우
- 동봉되는 제품 보증서 및 구성품을 파손 또는 분실한 경우
- 제품을 사용하셨거나 상품의 가치가 훼손된 경우
- 수작업으로 인해 미세하게 수평이 안 맞는 경우
- 제조 과정에서 나사 조임에 따라 크랙이 발생하는 경우
- 원목 특성상 옹이 / 나뭇결/ 톤의 차이가 있는 경우

- 제품 이상이 있는 경우 (배송 중 파손, 곰팡이, 이염 등 불량품으로 판정 난 제품)
- 주문 내용과 다른 상품이 배송된 경우
- 배송 후 3일 이내 사이즈 변경이 필요하신 경우 (왕복 배송비 청구)

- 사빛에 노출되거나 직사광선 때문에 표면 마감의 변화 (변색 포함)
- 사용에 따른 정상적인 마모와 칠 벗겨짐
- 천연재료(원목) 특성상 표면의 결이나 색이 완전히 일치될 수 없음
- 접촉 때문에 생긴 손상이나 반점, 의류에 의해 생기는 이염 혹은 표면의 오염 등
- 날카로운 물체로부터 새겨진 자국 등 사용자 부주의로 생긴 손상
- 극단적인 환경 조건에 노출되거나 부적절한 보관방법에 의한 제품
